I love to stage homes too! I will include my services for free and only as needed. Most homes are in move in ready condition with upgrades, newer finishes and fixtures so it’s easy to list right away. Others may need a little help with staging, de-cluttering or just a fresh look. I can help with staging services, boxing up, donation runs, haul away, professional photos, professional advertising, full color flyers, and I’m available 24/7.

I will be happy to stage 1-3 rooms in your house. I have a collection of art and decor to compliment every room in your house. My personal staging items are no charge to my clients.
Downsizing can be a chore for sure. I am experienced in packing, donating, selling items no longer needed. Let me help you! I have a truck and love to organize. You are in charge so just tell me what you would like.
The first 15 hours of my time is free. For larger downsizing jobs I charge an hourly fee after my free hours.
